What You'll Do
  • Build and maintain scalable backend services using .NET technologies (.NET Core, C#)
  • Collaborate with cross-functional startup teams (Product, Frontend, QA) in agile sprints
  • Design and optimize APIs for performance, security, and reliability; integrate third-party financial services, payment gateways, and data providers
  • Contribute to architectural decisions and technical roadmaps
  • Ensure compliance with financial data handling standards (e.g., PCI-DSS, GDPR)
What We're Looking For
  • 3–5 years of backend development experience, ideally in startup environments
  • Strong proficiency in .NET Core, C#, and RESTful API design
  • Experience with FinTech platforms, banking integrations, or financial data workflows; Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (Azure preferred), CI/CD pipelines, and microservices
  • Solid understanding of database design (SQL Server, PostgreSQL)
  • Comfortable with GIT, agile workflows, and rapid iteration
  • Great-to-have: Experience with authentication protocols (OAuth2, JWT), containerization (Docker), or event-driven architecture
  • Great-to-have: Experience with Claude Code, Cursor, and other Agentic Coding Tools
