We are seeking a highly skilled Application Developer to join our growing technology team. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on expertise in C#, .NET Core, and front-end frameworks (React, Blazor, Material Design) while demonstrating strong knowledge of Clean Architecture, CQRS, and secure coding practices. This role will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and optimizing enterprise-scale applications while ensuring compliance with security and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and participate in the full software development life cycle (SDLC) using Agile methodology or approved iterative approaches, ensuring adherence to organizational coding standards and best practices.
  • Translate business requirements into Functional Requirement Specifications, process flows, user stories, algorithms, and wireframes.
  • Develop, maintain, and optimize application code, databases, APIs, and user interfaces in compliance with Clean Architecture, CQRS, Repository Pattern, and MVC principles.
  • Oversee and perform unit testing, integration testing, and database testing to ensure system accuracy, traceability, and alignment with specifications.
  • Maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including manuals, user guides, API references, and architecture diagrams.
  • Implement and maintain secure authentication and authorization protocols, including Azure Entra ID and Single Sign-On (SSO), ensuring compliance with CAB, PIA, and organizational security guardrails.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to manage project timelines, sprint schedules, release planning, and change requests.
  • Partner with the Azure DevOps team to support CI/CD pipelines, automated deployments, and project tracking.

  • Database: Microsoft SQL Server 2022 (T-SQL, stored procedures, optimization)
  • IDE: Visual Studio 2022+, Visual Studio Code 1.94+
  • Version Control & DevOps: Azure DevOps (pipelines, boards, repos)

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Programming, or related field (required).
  • At least 3 years of relevant work experience in application development.
  • Hands-on experience with the software development life cycle in enterprise or mid-scale projects using C#, .NET Core, React, Blazor, and Material Design.
  • Certifications in .NET Core Development, Azure Development, or Agile/Scrum methodology (preferred).
