We are looking for a detail-oriented HRIS Developer with strong expertise in .NET and JavaScript frameworks to design, develop, and maintain HRIS applications that streamline HR operations and deliver a seamless user experience. This role requires both technical proficiency and an understanding of HR workflows to ensure secure, scalable, and reliable systems for the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and maintain HRIS applications using .NET (C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET) and modern JavaScript frameworks (Angular, React, ).
  • Collaborate with HR and IT teams to gather requirements and translate them into efficient technical solutions.
  • Develop scalable backend services, RESTful APIs, and integrations (payroll, timekeeping, ERP).
  • Create responsive, user-friendly front-end modules.
  • Ensure system performance, security, and data integrity across HRIS modules.
  • Conduct code reviews, testing, debugging, and deployment activities.
  • Maintain technical documentation and provide post-implementation support.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 2–3 years of professional software development experience (experience with HRIS or enterprise systems preferred).
  • Strong proficiency in .NET technologies (C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC/Web API).
  • Hands-on experience with modern JavaScript frameworks (Angular, React, or ).
  • Skilled in working with SQL Server or other relational databases.
  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs and system integrations.
  • Knowledge of HRIS domains (employee profiles, payroll, timekeeping, leave management) is an advantage.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
