Join the team as a Junior Business Analyst to support project success through detailed requirement gathering and process documentation. Your Role Key responsibilities are as follows: Assist in gathering and documenting business, functional, and non-functional requirements. Support the creation and maintenance of process flows and system documentation. Perform basic data analysis to identify trends and insights. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a clear understanding and implementation of business requirements. Conduct gap analyses to identify discrepancies in business processes. Develop user stories and acceptance criteria for Agile projects. Assist in developing test plans and participate in user acceptance testing. Act as a liaison between stakeholders and technical teams. Prepare and maintain project-related documents. Identify opportunities for process optimization. About You Ideal candidates will have: A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. 0-2 years of experience in business analysis or related roles. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and a basic understanding of data analysis tools. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira or Trello. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks. Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
