  • Supervises outlet specialist and personnel in the store outlet.
  • Provide management link to Outlet Specialist and Operations Manager
  • Assist execution of sales strategies, targeted sales and plans
Qualifications
  • Must be a graduate of any 2 or 4 years related course.
  • Must have at least 2 years work experience in supermarket operations for either fresh or non-fresh food section as area supervisor.
  • Must be knowledgeable in inventory management, customer service and quota / sales management / team management / reportorial management.
  • Sales Support Attention to Detail Communication Skills Sales/Leasing Sales Management Teamwork Lead Generation Analytical Skills
