Sales & Performance Management Monitor and evaluate sales performance of assigned stores Implement strategies to meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs Analyze store reports and recommend improvements to increase profitability Team Leadership & Development Supervise, train, and support Store Supervisors and front-line staff Conduct regular store visits to assess operations and provide coaching Coordinate staffing needs and help resolve HR issues at store level Store Operations Ensure consistent implementation of company policies, procedures, and merchandising standards Oversee inventory control, stock levels, and loss prevention measures Ensure proper execution of promotions, pricing, and visual displays Reporting & Administration Submit regular reports on sales, staffing, and operational issues Assist with audits and ensure compliance with company standards Help develop and roll out new operational procedures or sales initiatives Customer Service Oversight Ensure high-quality customer service across all stores Handle escalated customer issues and ensure timely resolution Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred) 2-3 years of experience in retail, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or multi-store role Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Proficient in MS Office and basic retail management systems (POS, inventory tools) Willingness to travel across assigned store locations Willingness to handle more than 5 stores Willingness to travel within the area and outside the area #J-18808-Ljbffr
