Overview

The Roving Area Supervisor (Super5) is responsible for overseeing and managing operations, staff, and performance across multiple locations within a designated area. This role requires frequent travel and adaptability to handle the needs of different sites, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and high standards of service or performance.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise Operations: Oversee day-to-day operations across various sites, ensuring adherence to company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
  • Team Management: Supervise and guide on-site staff, providing training, support, and resolving any performance issues.
  • Ensure Compliance: Monitor compliance with regulatory standards, company guidelines, and health and safety protocols.
  • Problem Solving: Address and resolve any operational or staffing challenges that arise within the designated area.
  • Quality Control: Ensure the quality of services/products meets company expectations and customer satisfaction.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate records of operations, incidents, performance metrics, and employee issues. Report to senior management regularly.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other supervisors, managers, and teams across different locations to align goals and strategies.
  • Customer Interaction: Occasionally liaise with customers or clients to ensure service quality and address any concerns.
  • Budget Oversight: Manage budgets related to your area of responsibility, ensuring cost-effective operations.
