Key Responsibilities: 1. Sales Generation & Account Management Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets. Identify, prospect, and develop new clients within the assigned territory/sector. Manage and grow relationships with existing customers to maximize business opportunities. Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations with clients. Prepare and submit accurate Sales Orders, quotations, and proposals for approval. Participate in bidding processes as required by the Sales Supervisor/National Sales Manager. 2. Customer Service & Relationship Building Serve as the main point of contact for clients in the territory. Provide timely support and resolution to customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints. Conduct regular client visits to maintain relationships and ensure satisfaction. Gather customer feedback to help improve products, services, and sales processes. 3. Sales Operations & Reporting Maintain accurate sales records and update activities in the CRM or reporting system. Submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts. Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and finance teams to ensure smooth order processing and timely deliveries. Monitor account receivables and support collection efforts in coordination with Finance. 4. Marketing & Event Support Communicates and promotes marketing campaigns, product launches, and special promotions to clients through email, calls, and customer visits to drive awareness and sales opportunities. Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote company products and services. Distribute marketing collaterals and support brand visibility in the field. 5. Inventory Awareness & Forecasting Monitor stock levels of fast-moving items for clients in the assigned territory. Provide input to the Sales Supervisor for sales forecasts and inventory replenishment. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred but not mandatory with strong experience). Minimum of 1–3 years sales experience, preferably in trading, distribution, healthcare, industrial, or FMCG sector. Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Customer-oriented with excellent relationship-building skills. Proficiency in MS Office; experience with ERP/CRM systems is an advantage. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Willingness to travel frequently within assigned territory. #J-18808-Ljbffr
