Overview The Learning Development Trainer role focuses on New Employee Orientation (NEO) Program Management and Delivery, Trainer Development & Coordination, New Client Implementation Training, Learning & Development Support, and Administration & Compliance. Responsibilities include conducting induction sessions, designing training materials, coordinating trainers, facilitating client training, assessing training effectiveness, maintaining documentation, ensuring workplace safety, and upholding Probe’s compliance culture. Responsibilities Conduct Probe Induction NEO sessions for new employees, covering company history, culture, policies, safety, wellness. Design and deliver high-quality, engaging, effective NEO inductions. Review, update, and enhance existing training materials and methodologies to ensure relevance and alignment with the company’s purpose, vision, values. Track training attendance, surveys, feedback, and contribute to post-training evaluations. Train and certify existing Trainers to facilitate NEO Probe Induction sessions for their respective campaigns. Coordinate with relevant departments to schedule and facilitate trainee participation in NEO induction sessions. Liaise with clients and internal stakeholders to review and facilitate new client training. Complete post-implementation training review and coordinate administrative duties related to client-specific training. Facilitate train-the-trainer sessions for ongoing client-specific training. Conduct skills learning and development training, analyze training needs, develop training content. Assess effectiveness of skills development classes through post-implementation review. Attend and actively participate in relevant team catch-ups and meetings. Maintain accurate documentation of headcount and training progress. Ensure safe, healthy, sustainable workplace, report hazards, provide positive workplace. Actively contribute to fostering respectful, inclusive workplace, identify and eliminate harassment in any form. Act ethically with integrity, uphold compliance culture, maintain highest standards of business conduct. Complete all necessary training requirements and professional development opportunities. Comply with privacy, data protection and information security policies, maintain high standards of data protection, security and fraud prevention.
