Job Description
Job Purpose
Deliver engaging and effective training sessions to develop the knowledge, skills, and behaviors of new hires, ensuring they are equipped to perform their roles successfully.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver training programs for new hires, including product, process, and culture-based modules.
  • Develop and update training materials, exercises, and assessments to ensure relevance and effectiveness.
  • Facilitate onboarding and refresher sessions to reinforce learning and support operational readiness.
  • Monitor trainee performance through evaluations, coaching, and developmental feedback.
  • Maintain accurate training records, reports, and documentation.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Recruitment, Operations, QA, IT) to ensure smooth training execution.
  • Support the continuous improvement of training content and delivery methods.

Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of experience as a Trainer.
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
  • Analytical, proactive, and capable of working independently.
  • Willing to work onsite in Eastwood, Quezon City on a day shift schedule.
  • Open to occasional business travel as required.
