Our Talent Acquisition team is looking for experienced professionals to join us in BGC, Taguig with the role of Project Based Recruiter .
In this role you will responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from initial candidate sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a positive candidate experience while maintaining alignment with the Bank's goals and values.

What The Role Will Entail

  • Support creation of talent pipeline by leveraging on various sourcing methods, supporting campaigns to attract target talent demographic and proactively building talent maps for various hiring profiles
  • Manage the assessment of high-volume and niche applications
  • Work closely with the Sourcing Team in providing quality talent required by the bank, as well as join calibrations sessions with key stakeholders to address continuous pooling for critical hiring needs
  • Completion of weekly productivity reporting output and candidate tracking, as well as providing regular reporting to stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance and alignment to regulatory and bank policies

What Were Looking For
  • Holder of a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or any related field
  • Previous experience in customer service is an advantage, but open to fresh graduates with a strong inclination to Sales
  • Ability to work effectively in a high pace environment and multitask
  • Strong oral and written communication skills and interpersonal skills
  • Good grasp of MS Office
