Salary Range : ₱125,000 - ₱150,000

Work Setup : Onsite

Shift Schedule : Day Shift

Location : Taguig City

This position is designed to be the SPOC representing Rollout, Engineering, Operation and Commercial to customer providing end-to-end technical solutioning for Colocation, Expansion and other innovative projects.

Responsibilities:

• To interface with commercial and all relevant customer business units to provide techno-commercial solutions
• Build and maintain relationships with the client’s technology team, commercial and project team to provide site solutions meeting their needs
• To assess existing site assets and its capacity and coordinating relevant teams to ensure capacity availability or upgrade to maximize colocations
• To evaluate, report and monitor commercial impacts in reference to MSA/MLA for any technical changes required by customer

• Create and enhance detailed solution design for Colo and Expansion to achieve company goal
• Work with sales teams to understand customer requirements and propose tailored solutions in compliance of contract
• Conduct technical solution presentations, and proof-of-concept (PoC) engagements, technical scope documents and responsibility matrix creation for project contract drafting
• Analyze Tower, Power and Ground Space element based on different Asset Databases and sources such as Digital Twin, PM and CM reports
• Leading solution team to perform iterative analysis for EPA, DC kW and Ground space to confirm sales order and to create SoW for Tower, CME and Power team
• Support sales to do scoping and invoicing for Colo/Expansion order, to present to customer and different stakeholders to align the SoW
• Prepare detailed reports, both periodically and ad-hoc highlighting the insights for the variance & trends
• Develop technical documentation, best practices, and use cases and conduct training for internal and external stakeholders
• Monitor solution adoption, identify areas for improvement and drive enhancements
• Attending customer meetings and doing technical solution validation for RAN, Tx, Power System

A. Academic Qualification:

• Degree in Civil, Electrical or Electronics Engineering or any other Telecom related fields from a reputed university with good academic results.
• Any certification in Communication, Advance Excel, Telecom active and passive infrastructure, data analysis, advance excel would be a plus point.

B. Knowledge:

• Build-to-Suite or CME Rollout project management
• Understanding of Tower loading parameters such as EPA, wind zone, design code
• Understanding of the procedures for Colocation and Expansion (or, upgrade) for MNO
• TowerCo business model and ability to align tech solutions with business outcomes

C. Skills and abilities:

• Good analytical skills with great attention to detail, willingness to work on a flexible schedule
• Capabilities of performing difficult tasks in stressful situation, result driven and finisher
• Creative, problem solving and ability to work independently with shifting priorities
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to collaborate with a diverse workforce
• Fluent English speaking and presentation skills to project stakeholders
• Advanced level skill in MS Excel and well acquainted in other MS Office applications
• Pro-active and self-motivated to go extra mile to learn new skills and to find solutions

D. Working Experience:

• 6+ years of experience with minimum 5 years in Telecom industry
• Experiences as structural/site design coordinator or engineer with major telecommunication companies would be an added advantage
