Job Description Develop, implement, and ensure compliance with internal financial and accounting policies and procedures. Develop and maintain timely and accurate financial statements and reports that are in accordance with GAAP and IFRS. Review and approve journal entries, reconciliations, and financial analyses. Manage the month-end and year-end close process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Review monthly results and implement monthly variance reporting as compared to budget. Supervise accounts payable and general ledger personnel. Provide accounting assistance to business managers as needed throughout the company. Assist with information/documentation for the annual external audit. The Successful Applicant A successful Accounting Manager should have: A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Professional certification such as CPA is required. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations. Proficiency in accounting software and tools. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Proven ability to lead and inspire a team. Effective communication and organizational abilities.
