Overview

Facilities Coordinator role at JLL in Makati, National Capital Region, Philippines. You will be the upper facilities management’s trusted right hand on all facilities-related activities, performing routine site inspections to ensure building processes and best practices are implemented and maintained. You will also provide administrative support and contribute to meeting performance indicators and service level agreements.

Responsibilities
  • Perform routine on-site facilities activities and inspections to ensure processes are followed and best practices are maintained.
  • Provide administrative support including front desk duties, basic housekeeping, and appointment coordination.
  • Meet clients’ facilities needs by collaborating with clients and suppliers onsite; participate in procurement of vendors and services.
  • Plan and budget with a focus on cost savings and process improvement; contribute suggestions for efficiencies.
  • Support safety by maintaining workplace procedures and order; help implement risk management programs, disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
  • Follow escalation and incident reporting procedures and comply with the firm’s guidelines and strategies.
Qualifications
  • Passion for service; prior experience in facilities, property management, hospitality, or related fields is preferred.
  • Understanding of local occupational health and safety requirements, critical facilities, and vendor management.
  • Knowledge of various property systems.
  • Team player with a proven track record of flawless project execution while following company standards and procedures.
  • Excellent and resilient communication skills; able to interact with clients and vendors and manage conflicts effectively.
