Lease Analyst / Senior Analyst – Data Management Apply for the Lease Analyst / Senior Analyst – Data Management role at Cushman & Wakefield . Job Description Summary The Lease Analyst / Senior Analyst is responsible for all aspects of Lease Administration (Lease abstraction, quality review, portfolio management) and ensuring efficient and accurate accounting of client data records, rent processing, and reporting requirements. About the Role Maintain database by updating records when leases or subleases are amended, new locations are added, leases expire or are terminated, or properties are purchased or sold. Extract pertinent data from real‑estate lease documents and enter it into client specific databases, aligning with protocols and standards. Perform quality reviews of lease data abstraction to ensure accuracy and escalated review of outstanding document or data exceptions until the data set is complete and meets standards. Ensure correct formatting and accuracy of reporting outputs as requested by the client. Lease abstraction: extract all contracts within C&W abstraction scope, coordinate new leases, subleases, and amendments based on the abstraction template, including quality review and upload of documents to the client’s system. About You Bachelor’s degree required. Minimum 3–5 years experience in the real estate industry with a clear understanding of commercial lease terms.
