Job Title: Lease Analyst / Senior Analyst - Data Management
Job Description Summary: The Lease Analyst / Senior Analyst is responsible for all aspects of Lease Administration, including lease abstraction, quality review, and portfolio management. They work as part of or manage a team to ensure efficient and accurate accounting of client data records, rent processing, and reporting requirements.
About the Role:
- Maintain the database by updating records when leases or subleases are amended, new locations are added, leases expire or are terminated, or properties are bought or sold.
- Extract critical data from Real Estate Lease documents and input into client-specific databases, ensuring data aligns with established standards.
- Perform quality reviews of lease data abstraction to ensure accuracy, escalating issues for further review until complete data sets meet data standards.
- Ensure correct formatting and accuracy of reporting outputs as requested by clients.
- Coordinate the abstraction of new leases, subleases, and amendments based on current templates, including quality review and uploading documents to the client system.
About You:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the Real Estate industry with a clear understanding of commercial lease terms.
- Ability to engage effectively within a matrix organization environment.
- Strong relationship management and interpersonal skills.
- Critical and analytical thinking skills are essential.
