Job Description

Business Development:

  • Identify New Clients : Research, identify, and target new corporate clients and potential business opportunities within specific industries or markets.
  • Generate Leads : Prospect for new business opportunities by cold calling, attending networking events, and using other lead generation techniques.
  • Market Research : Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs to identify opportunities for expanding sales within targeted industries.

Sales Strategy and Execution:

  • Develop Sales Strategies : Create and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed targets for corporate clients, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Present Solutions : Tailor presentations and product demonstrations to the specific needs of corporate clients, highlighting the benefits of the organization’s products or services.
  • Negotiate and Close Deals : Lead negotiations with corporate clients, finalizing contracts and agreements, and ensuring mutually beneficial terms.
  • Sales Targets : Achieve individual and team sales targets and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.

Educational Requirements:

  • ABachelor’s degree in Business Administration , Sales , Marketing , or a related field is typically preferred.

Experience:

  • 1-3 years of experience in corporate sales or B2B (Business-to-Business) sales, ideally within a related industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and successfully closing corporate deals.
