The Opportunity in Cebu As Regional Sales Director, you will be a strategic driver of our Cebu sales organization, leading and inspiring a team of high‑performing sales professionals, managers, and team leaders. Your mandate is clear: accelerate growth, strengthen market presence, and deliver results that move the needle regionally and globally. This role isn’t about keeping the lights on—it’s about transforming potential into performance. You will sit at the leadership table, collaborating cross‑functionally to influence sales strategy, optimize performance, and seize new opportunities. What you’ll do & how you’ll make your mark Lead engagement & growth via strategy and execution. Coach & manage the day‑to‑day functions of the sales team. Create strong relationships with key client stakeholders at both senior and mid‑management levels. Understand and effectively communicate the company's value prop, tech, process and current partnerships. Establish sales objectives to deliver on expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products. Analyze pipeline and lead data, deliver periodic reporting to the sales and marketing teams providing key business insights, typical reporting relates to Demand Generation, Pipeline Forecast and Trends, Conversion Rates, Target
