Senior Project Manager – Global Change

Our client is looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead and drive global change initiatives in the area of Operational Resilience. This role will oversee complex, cross-border projects, working with senior stakeholders across business lines, functions, and geographies. The ideal candidate has at least 10 years of senior experience (including 6+ years in project management), a proven track record in global project delivery, and excellent stakeholder management skills. PMP certification is preferred.

What You Will Do

  • Lead and manage large-scale, global projects related to Operational Resilience, including Business Continuity Management, Crisis Management, and Resolution.

  • Act as a change leader , orchestrating and driving complex change initiatives across countries, business lines, and functions.

  • Build strong partnerships with senior stakeholders across Tech, Business, and global entities , acting as an ambassador for Operational Resilience.

  • Provide structured project leadership : planning, organizing, managing dependencies and risks, and ensuring effective decision-making.

  • Translate business requirements into functional requirements and use cases for the Operational Resilience (OpRes) tool.

  • Maintain and manage the OpRes tool backlog , ensuring alignment with strategic goals.

  • Deliver clear and consistent communication and guidance to stakeholders at all levels.

What We Are Looking For

  • 10+ years of senior project management experience (non-negotiable).

  • At least 6+ years leading implementation projects with proven ability to manage programs end-to-end.

  • Experience managing global projects across multiple countries and cultures.

  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage and influence senior leaders.

  • Excellent communication skills: confident, structured, and consistent in explaining complex topics.

  • Proven ability to handle cross-functional initiatives and work in highly international environments.

  • PMP certification is strongly preferred.

  • High resilience, ability to manage complexity and ambiguity, with a proactive, can-do mindset.

  • Industry background is flexible — we value transferable project leadership skills over a specific sector.
