Job Description The Senior Risk Project Manager responsibilities are: Lead end-to-end risk and resilience transformation projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality outcomes, and measurable business impact. Partner with business leaders and cross-functional teams to align project goals with organizational risk and resilience priorities. Oversee project planning, execution, risk identification, and mitigation strategies to ensure successful implementation. Embed change management principles into project design to drive engagement and sustainable adoption. Manage governance, communication, and reporting on project progress, risks, and dependencies across global stakeholders. Build and strengthen project and change management capability within the organization through coaching and knowledge sharing. Drive continuous improvement of risk processes, controls, and resilience frameworks based on performance data and lessons learned. The Successful Applicant A successful Senior Risk Project Manager should have: Proven experience leading risk, resilience, or operational transformation projects within complex, global environments. Strong understanding of risk management frameworks, business continuity, and operational resilience strategies. Skilled in change management methodologies and able to integrate them effectively within project execution. Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership abilities across multiple teams and regions. Strategic thinker with a structured, analytical approach and a focus on delivering sustainable results.
