Trinity Insurance Brokers Inc. is looking for a Junior TRD Officer / Inspector to be assigned in Makati. This position will provide on-site and virtual inspection mainly for the commercial accounts and select complex and industrial accounts on a case-to-case basis. She/he will provide risk survey reports, recommendatory appraisals, placement slips, and loss control programs. This position will report directly to TRD Supervisor.

Key Accountabilities

• Conducts site inspection within Metro Manila and nearby provinces, and out-of-town visits, if necessary.
• Prepares and submits survey and recommendatory building appraisal reports.
• Prepares insurance placement slips and risk management recommendations.
• Provides technical assistance to the Sales and Account Management Department.
• Assists Reinsurance Group in the encoding of Reinsurance transactions in the TIS System.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any engineering or business course or equivalent
• Open to Fresh Graduates
• Computer literate (MS Office, Excel, Powerpoint, etc)
• Has basic technical report writing
• Has basic ideas on Property valuation/estimates
• Familiar with basic building components, machinery/utility functions, operations, and maintenance
• Knowledgeable on basic firefighting functions and mitigation measures
• Basic knowledge on fire insurance
• Customer focused, hardworking and team player
• Satisfactory verbal and written communication skills
• Capable to do field works within and outside Metro Manila
• Keen on technical details and specifications
