Overview About the Role: The Digital for Development Operation Division (ITOP) of the Information Technology Department (ITDS) is setting up Enterprise Geographical Information System (GIS) operation services bank-wide, with clients (DMC), and to the public. This includes upscaling and consolidating existing GIS systems and establishing service centers. The Senior Business Analyst (BA) will support preparatory activities by bringing extensive business analysis experience, GIS technical knowledge, and GIS operation experience to prepare business cases (investment planning), procure GIS systems, cloud hosting services, data acquisition, implementation services, and GIS service operations. Responsibilities The Senior BA will assist in developing business cases and various procurement documentation. Specific tasks for the Lead BA include, but are not limited to: Task 1: Research, interview, workshop, study cases, and survey from various sources and stakeholders. Consolidate findings and draw conclusions. Author summary document. Expected Deliverable: Develop business case document for GIS Service Center. Task 2: Prepare GIS-related procurement documents and assist the procurement process. Expected Deliverable: Statement of Work, Terms of Reference, Product Specification, Procurement Justification, Selection Criteria. Task 3: Standardize service catalog and prepare services and workflow. Expected Deliverable: GIS service catalog. Task 4: Assist in managing GIS stakeholder communication and governance. Expected Deliverable: Workshop materials, Communication materials, and Decision Notes. Task 5: Set up community sites and collaboration platform. Manage content and documents. Expected Deliverable: SharePoint & TEAMS sites set up and operation. Qualifications 10 years of solid business analysis experience. 8 years of experience in Geographical Information System Operation. 8 years of experience in IT team leadership. 5 years of experience in designing and testing IT applications. #J-18808-Ljbffr
