Gather and document business needs and requirements and prepare business cases for projects. Take part in project and portfolio reviews to ensure alignment with the established business objectives. Suggest improvements to existing business systems and IT processes. Influence internal and external stakeholders on the adoption of new technologies and strategies. Collaborate with project teams to create project plans, including managing risks, issues, scope, quality, and communication. Delegate tasks to team members and provide regular updates on project progress and milestones. Track project scope changes, assess their impact, and advise the project manager on necessary adjustments. Maintain accurate records of costs, track expenses, and conduct cost variance analysis comparing actual spending with the budget. Deliver detailed, timely analysis of project costs and schedules, proposing corrective actions when necessary. Address project issues and risks, providing risk analysis and impact assessments to the project manager. Liaise with suppliers to gather updates and assess any potential impact on project timelines. Identify opportunities for cost savings, including completing projects ahead of schedule and recommending budget reductions. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business, management, finance, or a related field (preferred). At least 5 years of relevant work experience. Experience in NS techno functional Netsuite implementation. Familiar with project management tools (Zoho, MS Project, Jira, Asana, etc.) and basic SQL. Experienced in ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms. Skilled in diagramming tools (MS Visio, Lucidchart, etc.). Project Management certifications (PMI, Prince2, Six Sigma) are an advantage. Strong background in preparing detailed reports and analysis.
