Senior Mortgage Servicing & Credit Analyst (AU Loans) Remote (Philippines-based) | Full-time | Monday to Friday, 7 AM – 3 PM MNL We are hiring on behalf of our client, a well-established Australian mortgage brokerage known for professionalism, accuracy, and client care. They are expanding their offshore team and are looking for a Senior Mortgage Servicing & Credit Analyst with strong experience in servicing calculations and end-to-end loan processing. This role requires someone who has a solid understanding of Australian lending policies, can interpret complex income scenarios, and can confidently manage the full loan cycle from pre-assessment to settlement. Key Responsibilities Conduct detailed serviceability calculations and pre-credit assessments Provide end-to-end loan processing support, from document collection to settlement Liaise with clients, brokers, and lenders to ensure smooth and compliant submissions Input and validate data in ApplyOnline and maintain CRM accuracy (SalesTrekker or similar) Manage pricing requests, valuations, and discharge processing Identify suitable lenders and prepare product recommendations Handle settlements, repricing, progress payments, and annual client reviews Qualifications and Experience Minimum of 3 to 5 years of Australian mortgage experience, handling the full loan process Proven hands‑on experience in servicing calculations and credit assessment Proficiency in ApplyOnline and lender calculators (ANZ, CBA, NAB, Westpac, etc.) Strong understanding of income verification, shading, and APRA serviceability guidelines Excellent communication, analytical, and organisational skills Ability to work independently, manage multiple files, and meet deadlines Confident in coordinating with credit managers, brokers, and solicitors Why Join This Team Work with a reputable Australian mortgage brokerage through a stable offshore partnership Collaborate with an experienced and supportive team Gain exposure to complex credit scenarios and multiple lenders Enjoy a consistent day shift and a work‑from‑home setup Be part of a company that values initiative, accountability, and attention to detail Shift: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM Manila Location: Remote / Work‑from‑home Reports to: Senior Broker (Australia) #J-18808-Ljbffr
