Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Mortgage Consultant based in Taguig. The Mortgage Consultant will be responsible for recommending and providing tailored mortgage solutions to clients, managing customer inquiries, and assisting them throughout the home loan process. Key tasks include evaluating clients' financial profiles, liaising with lenders, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements while delivering exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in the Mortgage Industry, Mortgage Lending, and general Mortgages knowledge
  • Understanding of Finance principles and practices
  • Excellent Customer Service skills to assist and guide clients effectively
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills
  • Proficiency in using mortgage-related software and tools is a plus
  • Previous experience in mortgage consulting or lending is desirable
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field preferred
