Qualifications

  • Graduate of any 4 year business or computer course (i.e. Engineering, Computer Science, Mass Communication, Marketing, Business Communication).
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Applicants must have
  • Knowledge in Mac OS System (e.g. pages, keynote, numbers, etc.).
  • Background in module creation, training development follow-through and evaluation.
Applicants must be:
  • A team player and good follower.
  • A candidate with personal leadership, entrepreneurial, selling, negotiation, communication, planning, decision-making, customer service, innovation, and coaching skills.
  • Computer proficient, good interpersonal skills, high stress tolerance, with personal drive, and flexible.
  • Able to possess qualities such as high regard for integrity, honesty, work excellence, teamwork and professionalism.
  • Able to work with minimum level of supervision.
As a Junior Trainer, you are expected but not limited to:
  • Implement short- and long-term plans to meet company objectives.
  • Oversee training program execution.
  • Assist the Training Supervisor in enhancing corporate branding.
  • Submit reports and analytics to the Immediate Head.
  • Maintain records of activities, customer data, and training schedules.
