Metrobank Makati, National Capital Region, Philippines Junior AFC Systems and QC MI Officer Location: Ayala, Makati Position Title: Jr. AFC Systems and QC MI Officer Job Summary: Responsible for ensuring data quality in all Management Information (MI) reports for Authorizations, Fraud and Chargeback. Generate, organize, store and analyze data while preserving security and confidentiality standards. Independently generate performance reports for AFC business units and provide support for ad-hoc report generation requests from AFC business units. Specific Duties & Responsibilities: Data Management Manage generation of scheduled reports within the specified turn-around time Produce Daily, Weekly and Monthly Reports Generate and develop MI reports used for QC Day2 reviews, AFC performance reviews, and other AFC-related needs Support AFC business units in the generation of ad-hoc reports as needed Centralize and safeguard reports generated for the entire AFC, maintaining integrity and applying risk-mitigating measures aligned with business requirements Conduct regular reviews of the MI inventory to ensure relevance and currency Periodically review report programs to ensure accuracy and up-to-date status Manage the MI request process with documentation for new, revised, and sunset reports Manage AFC server capacity to prevent report-generation disruptions Collaborate with AFC business units to design report architectures that support other business needs Identify opportunities to improve performance efficiency across AFC teams Data Analytics Establish independent reports to track performances of Authorizations, Fraud and Chargeback Analyze reports and provide insights on unit/team/department performance Provide recommendations for improvements based on data Other Tasks Create and update Procedure Manuals regularly or as needed Assist the AFC SQC head in periodic reviews of the AFC QC framework Serve as primary back-up for Fraud MI team Check accuracy of created fraud rules prior to deployment Support the AFC-SQC team in activities such as QuRe, CSAT, etc. Perform other tasks, responsibilities, or projects as assigned (e.g., BORC, BCP, Cost Champion, Corp. Correspondent, Line trainer, e-Champ) Perform other tasks assigned by the AFC Systems and Quality Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree holder; preferably in Statistics or Information Technology/Software Programming At least 2 years of work experience in a financial institution, preferably from a credit card company. Fresh graduates with SAS background are welcome to apply.
