Overview Leading a team for performing data analysis and reporting statistical reports and key trends to support business decisions. Responsible for daily, month-end and quarter-end report generation, creating PPTs, and conducting in-depth and accurate data analysis. Developed dashboards and reports using Excel, VBA and Power BI. Responsibilities Monitor and manage headcount for processes assigned Validate production and non-production hiring and/or internal movements in coordination with the process heads Manage and monitor forecasts for volume, productivity and shrinkages Create forecasts, prepare and validate the monthly invoice to be billed to the client Analyze scheduling outputs and recommend changes whenever necessary Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on capacity planning and hiring Coordinate with cross-functional teams on resource planning and movements Supervise and train team members performing work tasks and responsibilities Hold regular discussions with internal and external clients Qualifications Must be a college graduate At least 5-7 years of relevant experience in workforce management in a BPO setting Advanced Excel experience (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, etc.) Good working knowledge of MS Office; above-average MS Excel knowledge Excellent verbal and written communication & presentation skills Good interpersonal and people management skills with a strong problem-solving approach Experience in reporting and dashboards creation Experience in stakeholder management and client interaction Exposure to real-time scheduling, forecasting, capacity planning, etc. Expert knowledge of service procedures Strong analytical skills for MIS, number crunching & reporting to internal and external customers RTA/MIS experience is advantageous Ability to work with minimal supervision and take initiative Not a job hopper Willing to work onsite Relevant Job titles Reports analyst, data analyst, reporting analyst, capacity planner, scheduler and forecaster Recruitment Process Final Interview: Operations with WFM Sr Manager Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Full-time Job function Information Technology Industries Business Consulting and Services #J-18808-Ljbffr
