Responsibilities
  • Provides second level of support to associates and leaders by responding to asks/requests or providing advice and recommendations on HR-related services.
  • Implements HR processes and solutions in line with established policies, practices and procedures, including New Hires and Terminations in the covered regions.
  • Undertakes change management initiatives, planning, driving, implementing and managing change, often on a project basis.
  • Ensures local HR practices and standards conform to government and company policy, guidelines and initiatives.
  • Delivers prompt, accurate, consistent and quality Human Resource services in the region; responds to inquiries from employees, managers, and the HR team (including AP HR Directors).
  • Represents the company at mediation/external meetings regarding employment relations cases, as required.
  • Reporting and analysis.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years in generalist HR roles with increasing responsibilities across all HR functions.
  • Strong Employee Relations experience with the ability to provide solid advice to leaders and employees.
  • Ability to identify issues with well-articulated solution options.
  • Willingness to take ownership of tasks allocated.
  • Commitment to adhere to defined HR processes.
  • Openness to take direction with ease and acceptance.
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint and other Microsoft Office tools.
