Primary Responsibilities Provide technical support for BeyondTrust's remote desktop product, ensuring seamless integration and functionality within the client's SaaS environment Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to remote desktop access, connectivity, and performance Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and maintain secure remote desktop solutions Conduct regular system audits and performance assessments to identify and address potential vulnerabilities Assist in the deployment and configuration of remote desktop software and related components Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides Stay current with industry best practices and emerging technologies to continuously improve support processes Provide training and guidance to end-users and internal teams on remote desktop functionalities and best practices Participate in On-Call support rotations to ensure 24/7 availability for critical issues Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment).
