As we continue to lead in technological advancements, Vault is now entering a defining phase of growth with a strategic $22.5 million investment from the National Reconstruction Fund Corporation (NRFC). This investment will scale Vault's SECRET Cloud and introduce new services such as the AUKUS cloud capability, directly addressing Australia's strategic national security demands. Vault is now positioned to not only strengthen its existing relationships with federal and state government agencies, but also strengthen its relationships with private sector businesses requiring secure cloud storage. We are looking for a Technical Writer to be part of our dynamic Delivery Team, where you’ll play a key role in shaping how we communicate about our cutting-edge cloud services. This is a fully remote work, you’ll work hand-in-hand with our infrastructure product and operations teams, diving deep into the technical details to develop comprehensive operational procedures. Responsibilities Work closely with leading experts in cloud infrastructure to create clear, precise documentation that supports the secure operations of Australia's critical workloads. Be part of a collaborative and fast-paced environment where your technical writing skills will help shape how we communicate complex concepts to our stakeholders. Play a key role in supporting projects that protect Australia's most sensitive data, driving advancements in cloud technology. Enjoy the flexibility of remote work while contributing to a culture of continuous improvement and achievement. Qualifications Strong understanding of technical concepts and ability to document networking and infrastructure. Proficiency with documentation tools such as Adobe FrameMaker, Confluence, or similar. Experience with content management systems and version control systems (e.g., Git). Certification in Technical Writing or related fields.
