Work Schedule: Morning Shift Work Setup: Hybrid (3x onsite per week) | Makati Eligibility: Open to local and expat candidates currently residing in the Philippines Responsibilities: Configure and implement SAP SuccessFactorsLearning Management System (LMS) based on client requirements. Conduct requirement gathering workshops and translate business needsinto system configurations. Design and manage learningitems, curricula, programs, assignment profiles, and user roles. Support integration with SAP HCM, Employee Central, and third-partycontent providers. Perform system testing, data validation,and support user acceptance testing (UAT). Providepost-go-live support and assist in change requests andenhancements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams toensure seamless learning operations. RequiredSkills: 4 to7 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors,with at least 3 years in the Learning module. Stronghands-on experience in configuring SuccessFactors LMS components. Understanding of learning workflows, compliance tracking, andreporting. Experience with SAP SuccessFactors IntegrationCenter and basic knowledge of SAP CPI. Familiarity withSCORM/AICC content standards and third-party content integration. PreferredSkills: SAP SuccessFactors Learning certification. Exposure to other modules like Performance & Goals or EmployeeCentral. Experience with SAP Enable Now or SAP Work Zone forlearning delivery.
