Remote Sales Representative

Remote Work-at-Home – Philippines Full‑Time, Hourly position for Remote Sales Representatives. Candidates must have prior call‑center experience and reside within 80 km of MCI’s office. In this role you will support outbound sales initiatives for a diverse portfolio of well‑known clients, engaging existing and potential customers, promoting products and services, and driving revenue through consultative selling and relationship building. Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers. Present and promote products and services effectively. Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions. Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity. Handle objections and resolve customer concerns professionally. Stay up to date with product knowledge, promotions, and training. Follow scripts, policies, and procedures while using available resources. Escalate complex issues when necessary. Maintain consistent attendance and adhere to scheduling requirements. Candidate Qualifications Must be 18 years or older. High school diploma or equivalent. Previous call‑center experience. Work‑from‑home experience. Strong command of the English language (high‑speed internet connection required). Typing speed of 20+ words per minute. Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Familiarity with Windows operating systems. Skilled in troubleshooting and follow‑up. Able to multitask and self‑manage effectively. Excellent interpersonal skills. Being bilingual is highly advantageous. Requirements & Conditions of Employment Authorized to work in the Philippines. Willing to submit up to a Level II background and/or security investigation with a fingerprint. Willing to submit to drug screening. Compensation & Benefits Hourly pay based on experience.
