Job Summary Houston Skilled Consultancy is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Telecommuting Inbound Sales Representative to join our growing remote team. This role is ideal for individuals with strong communication skills, a passion for helping customers, and a drive to achieve sales targets in a virtual environment. You will handle inbound inquiries, identify customer needs, and provide suitable product or service solutions—all from the comfort of your home. Key Responsibilities Handle inbound calls, emails, and chat inquiries from potential customers in a professional and courteous manner. Listen actively to customer needs and recommend the most appropriate products or services to meet their requirements. Convert leads into sales by building trust and confidence with customers. Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions using CRM tools. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues promptly. Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals. Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and company policies to effectively communicate with customers. Provide exceptional service by maintaining a positive and empathetic attitude in every interaction. Required Skills and Qualifications Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong sales and negotiation abilities. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Proficiency in using computers, CRM systems, and online communication tools. Customer-first mindset with a proactive approach to solving problems. Reliable internet connection and a quiet home office setup. Experience 0–3 years of experience in sales, customer service, or telemarketing preferred. Freshers with exceptional communication skills and enthusiasm for sales are welcome to apply. Working Hours Flexible remote working schedule. Full-time and part-time opportunities available.
