Talent Acquisition Assistant Manager | HR Business Partner Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized General Accounting and AR Analyst to support the financial operations of the company. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing accounts receivable, and providing timely financial data for reporting and decision-making. The position plays a key role in account reconciliation, financial reporting, billing, and collections, ensuring the integrity of financial data and strong cash flow management. Key Responsibilities: General Accounting: Record, reconcile, and review general ledger transactions in compliance with accounting standards and company policies. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and supporting schedules. Perform account analysis and reconciliations (e.g., cash, payables, receivables, accruals). Support the month-end and year-end closing processes. Provide accurate financial data to the Management Accounting Team for variance analysis, budgeting, and performance monitoring. Assist in audits by preparing necessary documentation and schedules. Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance reporting accuracy and operational efficiency. Accounts Receivable (AR): Process and monitor accounts receivable transactions to ensure timely collection of payments. Generate and manage invoices, credit memos, and customer account statements in line with company policies. Follow up on overdue payments, resolve billing issues, and negotiate payment plans where necessary. Perform monthly and quarterly reconciliation of AR accounts; resolve discrepancies promptly. Respond to customer inquiries regarding billing and payment status. Prepare AR aging and collection reports; communicate status to management. Apply customer payments accurately and maintain updated customer account records. Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Operations teams to ensure accurate billing and resolve disputes. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or Management Accounting (MA). 1–3 years of relevant experience in general accounting and/or accounts receivable. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Experience with ERP systems and financial reporting tools is a plus.
