Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements to support process and system improvements.
  • Apply industrial/data/management science methods to optimize workflows, resources, and operational efficiency.
  • Develop data models, forecasts, and performance metrics to support strategic decision-making.
  • Translate complex data into actionable insights for stakeholders through dashboards, reports, and presentations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, operations, finance, marketing, supply chain) to align solutions with business goals.
  • Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses for proposed initiatives.
  • Design and implement process improvements using quantitative and qualitative analysis.
  • Ensure data integrity, governance, and proper usage across business systems.
  • Support system implementations, testing, and user training to ensure smooth adoption.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Data Science, Management Science, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree is a plus).
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or Process Improvement Specialist.
  • Strong background in quantitative analysis, statistical modeling, and optimization techniques.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R, Excel, Power BI, Tableau).
  • Knowledge of business process modeling, requirements gathering, and documentation methods.
  • Familiarity with ERP, CRM, or other enterprise systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills to translate data into business insights.
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects.
  • Detail-oriented, with strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Monitor business performance against KPIs and recommend corrective actions when needed.
