Duties and Responsibilities :

• Establish a large network of professionals, including physicians, medical practitioners, clinical specialists, among others.
• Analyze market conditions and trends to determine networking and business growth opportunities.
• Ensure that client servicing facilities are implemented in an effective, timely, and efficient way.
• Develop positive relationships locally and online with physicians and other medical professionals.
• Negotiate contracts with prospective clients, paying attention to the terms of the agreement and post-contract processes.
• Maintain awareness of the most recent developments, discoveries, and regulatory changes in order to analyze their micro and macro effects on the industry.
• Familiar with the product offerings, services, and unique benefits supplied by competitors and other relevant companies.
• Closely collaborate with the purchasing, sales, operations, and strategy departments to implement successful plans and strategies.
• Regularly engage in medicine-related events and embrace networking opportunities.
• Document and document each client encounter properly, and offer feedback.

Requirements :

• A bachelor's degree in nursing, pharmacy, or a comparable field.
• Proven medical sales experience.
• Highly proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Excellent organizational abilities.
• Effective communication abilities
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Persuasive and resilient
• Minimum of five years of Medical Representative experience
• Having an approachable personality
• Salary range is Php 50-60K
• Free boarding
• Car is provided by the employer
• The cost for the Visa will be paid by the employer
