Scope of Position:

The Background Verification Specialist will perform employment background screening. This involves utilizing a range of research methodologies and tools and leveraging calls, emails, and other communication channels to ensure exceptional client satisfaction.

Comprehensive job training will be provided to ensure that candidates acquire the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles and contribute effectively to the team.

Responsibilities
  • Obtain verifications via phone/email/fax/post, meeting quality standards and productivity targets.
  • Verify education and employment history.
  • Analyze feedback and research information from various sources.
  • Review client and candidate documents before starting tasks.
  • Prepare and submit screening reports to the client relations team.
  • Build relationships with verification sources to generate sales leads.
  • Collaborate with support and offshore teams to improve processes.
  • Seek feedback from management, take on additional tasks, and contribute to business projects.
Education & Qualification Requirements
  • A bachelor\'s degree in any discipline
  • Minimum 2 - 3 years of relevant experience
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

  • Extensive experience in outbound dialing with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines
  • Analytical skills for evaluating findings
  • Develop strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Maintain high levels of self-motivation and enthusiasm
  • Must be superb on the telephone and equipped with a customer-centric mindset
