Sales Manager DMCG Global, Manila, National Capital Region, Philippines We’re looking for a driven Sales Manager who thrives on building relationships, unlocking opportunities, and driving growth in the creator economy. What you’ll do Lead business development efforts in Manila and across the Philippines , identifying and converting new opportunities. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of FMCG, beauty, lifestyle, and fintech prospects. Develop tailored proposals and pitch strategies that showcase creative solutions and ROI. Partner with internal teams to craft compelling narratives that highlight the power of creator‑led campaigns. Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through to closing deals and onboarding. Strengthen long‑term relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and repeat growth. Stay on top of market trends and competitor activity, spotting opportunities for innovation and differentiation. What we’re looking for 4–6 years’ experience in sales, business development, or partnerships , ideally in a media, creative, or digital environment. Proven track record of driving revenue growth and closing deals. Strong understanding of the creator economy and how brands can leverage content and culture. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence at senior levels. Strategic thinker who can translate client challenges into creative commercial opportunities.
