Job DescriptionVirtuallyinCredible is a property management solutions company based in Florida, USA. We have been in business since 2011 when we started with just 1 Virtual Assistant, and now we have placed more than a thousand virtual assistants working with us.
Requirements (must be met): fluent in spoken and written English, good American accent, quiet home office work environment, willing to work on graveyard shift, reliable internet (at least 10 Mbps) with back-up, dependable electricity with power back-up, and hardware requirements (at least 8-gen i3, 8GB RAM, Windows or MAC, SSD).

Maintenance Virtual Assistant – As a Maintenance Virtual Assistant Professional, your role will contribute to the success of the business by providing the utmost customer support and experience to our valued clients.
- Must be knowledgeable or at least familiar with common tenant repairs (e.g., active water leaks, No A/C or Heat, Refrigerator not cooling, no hot water).
- Primary point of contact for non-emergency and emergency repair requests.
- Provide virtual support on maintenance and emergency requests.
- Work as a virtual receptionist by directing callers (tenants, applicants, vendors, etc.) to the appropriate POC/department depending on the inquiry.
- Answer Main Line and Emergency Repair calls.
Job Details : Permanent; Pay Php35,000.00 - Php44,000.00 per month; Benefits include pay raise and work from home; Schedule: 8 hour shift; Supplemental Pay: Bonus pay and performance bonus.
- Experience: Maintenance Coordination: 2 years (preferred).

Job DescriptionJOB DESCRIPTION :
- Responsible for the proper implementation of the company’s guidelines and requirements pertaining to construction and renovation activities of all mall tenants to ensure works are within plans and standards.
- Ensure tenant compliance with lease terms, memorandum of agreement, and company rules.
- Assist tenants in resolving construction-related problems with coordination from engineering and leasing department.
- Facilitate processing of tenants’ temporary and final clearances to operate.
- Plan, organize, supervise, check and monitor electrical and mechanical equipment of the property and tenant areas to ensure facilities are in excellent working condition.
- Inspect tenant areas to ensure design compliance with management standards and policy.
- Implement policies and regulations for tenant workers, in-house maintenance, and contractors to guarantee safety.
- Document progress of initiatives, status of facilities, and present reports to Mall administrator and Engineering Operations Manager.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
JOB REQUIREMENTS :
- Graduate of Marketing, Business Management, Commerce or related field.
- Knowledgeable in mall operations and leasing/marketing/admin functions.
- Competencies: Negotiation and tenant management.
- Product Knowledge: Deep understanding of mall/retail industry.
- Experience: 2-3 years in related field; preferably 2 years in Tenant Relations/Management at Officer level.
- Excellent written and oral communication; ability to interact professionally with tenants; strong customer service and decision-making skills.
- Reports and presentation management skills; people management and highly organized; detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple responsibilities.
- MS Office proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); standard office equipment; languages: English and Filipino.
