Key Responsibilities -Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement sales plans, strategies, and promotional campaigns to achieve business objectives and revenue goals. -Team Leadership: Recruit, hire, train, and motivate sales representatives. -Performance Management: Set sales targets and quotas, monitor performance, provide coaching and feedback, and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement. -Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and identify opportunities to acquire new clients. -Market Analysis: Analyze market trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities. -Reporting: Compile and analyze sales data to create reports on performance for senior management. Key Skills -Leadership: The ability to guide, mentor, and motivate a sales team to achieve targets. -Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret sales data, identify trends, and make informed decisions. -Communication & Customer Service: Excellent skills in relationship building and providing outstanding customer service. -Strategic Thinking: The capacity to develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth. Requirement: -A Bachelor's degree in business or a related field. -Proven 3+ years of experience in sales, often with a track record of sales leadership. -Experience as Sales Manager in FMCG is an advantage. -Strong analytical and leadership skills. -Willing to travel. -Can start immediately.
