Job Summary Houston Skilled Consultancy is seeking an experienced Remote Paid Media Manager to lead and optimize performance-driven advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Facebook platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing large-scale media budgets, developing ROI-focused digital marketing strategies, and ensuring measurable business growth through data-driven decision-making. Key Responsibilities Plan, execute, and manage paid media campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta (Facebook & Instagram) platforms. Develop and implement strategies to maximize ROI, optimize ad spend, and achieve conversion targets. Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities. Create engaging ad copies, visuals, and landing page recommendations aligned with campaign goals. Monitor campaign performance daily, identify trends, and generate detailed performance reports with actionable insights. Collaborate with content, design, and analytics teams to improve campaign effectiveness and creative quality. Manage A/B testing initiatives to optimize creatives, CTAs, and landing pages for higher engagement and conversion rates. Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, best practices to maintain campaign competitiveness. Ensure campaign compliance with platform policies and maintain brand integrity across all paid channels. Required Skills and Qualifications> Bachelors degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or related field . Proven experience managing Google Ads and Facebook Ads campaigns with measurable success. Proficiency in Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Google Tag Manager, and Data Studio . Strong understanding of CPC, CPM, CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversion tracking metrics. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience with remarketing, audience segmentation, and campaign automation tools . Certification in Google Ads or Facebook Blueprint is a plus. Experience Minimum 3–5 years of hands‑on experience in managing paid media campaigns. Proven track record of scaling campaigns profitably and managing budgets exceeding $10,000/month . Experience working in an agency or digital consultancy environment will be an added advantage. Working Hours Flexible remote working hours , with availability during key business periods for campaign monitoring and performance reporting. Candidates must be comfortable collaborating across multiple time zones. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Deep understanding of digital marketing funnels and conversion optimization. Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines. Creative mindset with an eye for compelling ad design and messaging. Technical proficiency in campaign tracking, UTM setup, and data visualization. Ability to work independently while maintaining open communication with team members.
