We're looking for a resourceful, creative, and data‑savvy Digital Marketing Specialist to help drive revenue through AI-enhanced marketing, strategic lead generation, social media growth, and engaging content creation. You'll use a blend of Go High Level automation, AI-powered tools, and creative strategy to attract leads, boost online visibility, and grow our follower base across platforms. Key Responsibilities: Social Media Growth & Engagement Use AI tools (e.g., Lately, Publer, ChatGPT) to plan and automate social media content calendars. Create consistent, brand‑aligned posts to grow followers and engagement across LinkedIn, TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram. Monitor analytics and implement strategies to grow reach and improve organic visibility. Content Creation & Branding Design eye‑catching visuals using Canva, Adobe, or AI design tools like Designs.ai or Kittl. Collaborate on campaigns and brand storytelling using AI‑assisted brainstorming and scripting tools. Generate blog posts, landing page copy, and email sequences with AI content assistants. Video Editing & Repurposing Create and edit video content for YouTube, Reels, TikTok, and LinkedIn using tools like CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or Pictory.ai. Use AI‑based video repurposing tools (e.g., Opus Clip, Descript) to convert long videos into micro‑content. Add captions, branding, and calls‑to‑action with dynamic, scroll‑stopping effects. Analytics, AI Insights & Reporting Monitor campaign performance with GHL dashboards, Google Analytics, and platform‑native insights. Use AI‑powered reporting tools to identify patterns, segment audiences, and recommend optimization steps. Deliver weekly reports with KPIs including CPL, ROAS, lead quality, and follower growth. Lead Generation & CRM Automation Build and manage lead funnels, SMS/email automations, and calendar booking workflows using Go High Level (GHL). Use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, Surfer SEO) to write and optimize outreach messages, email campaigns, and landing page copy. Develop lead magnets and call‑to‑action strategies powered by audience insights and AI‑enhanced market research. Paid Advertising & Funnel Performance Launch and manage paid ad campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, Google, and YouTube. A/B test ad creatives and optimize funnels using performance data and AI insights. Build lead funnels and landing pages inside GHL with conversion‑focused copy and user flow. Qualifications: Minimum (2) years' experience in digital marketing, lead generation, or content creation. Strong, hands‑on experience with Go High Level (funnels, automations, workflows, CRM). Experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, Copy.ai, Pictory, Opus Clip, Midjourney, etc.) for marketing tasks. Skilled in paid ads, email marketing, and funnel building. Demonstrated ability to grow social media followings and improve engagement. Excellent English writing and verbal skills. Capable of working independently, managing time effectively, and adapting in a fast‑paced remote environment.
