About The Client Whisper Media helps Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) brands scale profitably on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) by building high-converting digital funnels. Their approach blends editorial storytelling, premium user-generated content (UGC), and paid media strategy into a cohesive growth engine that drives measurable results.They specialize in scaling customer acquisition through creative strategy, paid social media, and conversion-driven content. Role Overview We're seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join Whisper Media's creative team. In this role, you'll design engaging and high-performing static and motion graphics for paid social campaigns (primarily Facebook and Instagram). You'll collaborate closely with our performance marketing team to translate client goals into compelling creatives that convert. Key Responsibilities Design static ads, motion graphic ads, and other creative assets for paid social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.). Create performance-focused ad creatives tailored for eCommerce and direct-response marketing. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure creative assets align with campaign strategy and client objectives. Adapt brand guidelines into performance-ready ad creatives while maintaining design consistency. Stay updated on digital advertising and social media creative trends to continuously improve output. Requirements 2+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer in an agency or in-house eCommerce brand environment. Proven experience creating paid social media ads (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok preferred). Strong portfolio showcasing performance media creatives and eCommerce ad design. Proficiency with design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva, After Effects or similar for motion). Proficiency with AI image generation tools (Gemini image gen (Nano Banana)) Understanding of what drives engagement, CTR, and conversions in paid social advertising. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple client deliverables. Preferred Qualifications Experience designing direct-response / performance marketing ads. Familiarity with A/B testing ad creatives. Strong visual storytelling and branding skills. Experience generating product renders for product shots and lifestyle assets #J-18808-Ljbffr
