Role Overview We are looking for a talented Paid Social Coordinator to join our Ecommerce team on a fixed‑term parental leave contract. You will be instrumental in executing performance‑marketing campaigns on paid social channels to drive efficient new customer growth. Your primary focus will be on paid social execution in Canada, while supporting teams in Australia, the United States and the United Kingdom. Key Responsibilities Support communications with our external creative agency, Aura, regarding live creative. Execute all planned Lead Generation Campaigns on Meta. Handle ad trafficking, ad pruning, pacing, and budget optimisation on Meta. Serve as the main point of contact for paid social execution in Canada. Create weekly and monthly paid social reports. Conduct Paid Social Test Retros. Troubleshoot minor campaign issues and collaborate with stakeholders for resolution. Identify inefficiencies in reporting or execution and suggest process improvements. Surface insights for briefing the creative team on video and still‑image adverts. Candidate Profile You are a curious and self‑aware marketer who stays up‑to‑date on industry trends and platform updates, bringing fresh insights to the team. You manage multiple priorities and deadlines, ensure timely execution of campaigns and reports, take ownership of your tasks, proactively look for ways to improve processes, and regularly seek feedback to enhance your performance. Key Skills & Experience Intermediate to advanced competency with Meta Business Manager, comfortable with trafficking ad creative, pausing ads, and adjusting budgets. Basic to intermediate Excel (or Google Sheets) skills for data analysis and insight generation. Familiarity with Pinterest or TikTok ad platforms is a huge plus.
