  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills; ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Knowledge of regulatory processes and standards relevant to the industry (FDA, MS Office proficiency, cost modeling, sensory evaluation, etc.).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and vendor relationships.
