HR Recruiter - 0786 - Manila, Philippines Bionic Talent is hiring an HR Recruiter in the Philippines. This is a full‑time, fully remote position with a salary range of USD 1,800 to USD 2,500 per month. About the role: You will spend approximately 80% of your time on full‑cycle recruitment for a digital marketing agency and 20% on basic HR responsibilities (attendance tracking, onboarding, and employee engagement). What you’ll be doing: Develop and execute global sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates across agency functions. Manage job postings on LinkedIn, OnlineJobsPH, and other job boards. Utilize assessment tools such as TestGorilla for skill evaluations. Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate subsequent interview stages with hiring managers. Maintain a robust talent pipeline to meet current and future hiring needs. Collaborate with department heads to create accurate job descriptions and align on hiring timelines. Suggest improvements to recruitment tools and best practices. Oversee attendance and hour tracking with Time Doctor, ensuring compliance. Support onboarding, update employee records, and assist with performance management processes. Recommend strategies to improve employee retention and engagement. Who we’re looking for: Minimum of 3 years recruiting experience, preferably in a digital marketing agency or related industry. Familiar with Time Doctor, ATS platforms, and other HR/recruitment tools. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment. Understanding of SEO, PPC, Social Media, and related marketing positions is highly preferred.
