Job Description - Customer Care Executive Job Summary As a Customer Care Executive in Cebu, you will be the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance with healthcare-related queries. You will handle inbound calls, process customer requests, assist with payments, review claim forms, explain benefits and eligibility, and connect customers to relevant partners. Your primary responsibility is to ensure that every customer interaction is handled with care, professionalism, and efficiency while also contributing to the overall customer satisfaction and success of the account. Job Requirements - Customer Care Executive To succeed in this customer care role, you should have the following qualifications and skills:
