Overview

Talent Acquisition Lead/Supervisor Hiring: BPO Trainer, Medical Coding Trainer, Medical Coding QAs, and SMEs, Customer Care Associates

General Functions
  • Training Delivery
    • Facilitate new hire training (communication skills, product/process knowledge, systems, and tools).
    • Conduct refresher trainings and upskilling sessions for existing employees.
    • Use a variety of training methods (classroom, virtual, role-plays, simulations).
  • Curriculum Development & Maintenance
    • Develop training materials, modules, and assessments aligned with client/organizational requirements.
    • Update content regularly to reflect changes in processes, policies, or client expectations.
  • Assessment & Evaluation
    • Administer assessments (written, oral, practical) to measure learning outcomes.
    • Track and report training performance, class progress, and attrition.
    • Provide feedback and coaching to trainees who need additional support.
  • Onboarding Support
    • Help new hires transition smoothly into production.
    • Work closely with operations, recruitment, and HR to ensure readiness for the floor.
  • Coaching & Mentoring
    • Provide one-on-one or small group coaching for employees who need performance improvement.
    • Partner with Team Leaders/Operations Managers to identify skill gaps.
  • Reporting & Documentation
    • Prepare and submit training reports, attendance, and evaluation results.
    • Maintain accurate training records for compliance and auditing.
  • Collaboration
    • Coordinate with Quality, Operations, and HR teams to ensure training effectiveness.
    • Participate in calibration sessions to align on processes and standards.
  • Continuous Improvement
    • Collect feedback from trainees and stakeholders to improve training effectiveness.
    • Stay updated with BPO industry trends, communication techniques, and learning technologies.
