We are a boutique engineering and construction consulting firm seeking a Work From home Rebar takeoff - Rebar engineer or project coordinator with an indepth understanding of Rebar to join our growing team to provide project co-ordination. This role is ideal for engineers with experience in detailing Rebar with a strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail. Key Responsibilities Prepare, read, interpret and manage construction documentation. Handle project administration tasks including data entry, email correspondence, and filing. Answer and manage client calls and inquiries in a professional and friendly manner. Support project managers with scheduling, tracking, and document control. Coordinate communication between site, office, and clients. Requirements Fast and accurate typing skills (a must). Strong attention to detail and ability to work with technical information. Excellent phone and email communication skills. Proficiency in MS office, AUTOCAD and Bluebeam preferred (but not essential) Ability to multitask and meet deadlines. Construction or engineering background preferred. Open to experienced and Mature-aged applicants with relevant skills.
